Wow, the dumplings have gotten even better, and the vibe is fantastic! The new outdoor area is stunning, and the service is top-notch, as always. Everything is firing on all cylinders, and I'm thrilled to be here soaking it all in!
Loved the potstickers (pork, shrimp and chives) but the soup dumplings were both huge and amazing (pork and crab xiaolongbao). Service was friendly. Great place to stop before an event at Tsongas.
Came here for some comfort food. The corn soup was great during a rainy day. The noodle soup was also delicious and the flavors were good. Not too salty which tends to happen with this dish. The braised beef rice dish was also similar in tasting. Also easy to eat and not too salty. They had a lot of traditional Chinese items. Would definitely come again and try their other dishes!
The dumplings are indeed quite tasty. They are really hand rolled to order. I would absolutely come back just for these. The general tsao chicken though, just was not my cup of tea. I thought the chicken would be breaded slightly if at all, but this is not. The sauce is kind of sweet and has no kick/spice to it.
Thank you Tasty Dumplings for existing and serving up the best dumplings on the East Coast. I've been to you twice, had the pork soup dumplings and the Potsticker Treasure (a combo of all 8 of your homemade potsticker flavors) and the spicy mini hot pot. Everything was completely to die for. Not much more to say!!!
Wish I lived closer so I could go every week! Small place so anticipate a wait during peak dining times. Everything was delicious. I need to return to try the rest of the menu!
Tasty Dumplings continues to stay strong. I've tried so many different dumpling restaurants recently and Tasty Dumplings has so far been the best. They're consistently good. They hire great staff and are friendly. It's a great visit here every time we drop in. They have other items on their menu but these dumplings are the star of the show here.
UPDATE: I am addicted. I've ordered the mala mini hotpot with beef EXTRA SPICY for 3 days in a row. That can't be good for my stomach... I can't help myself, their broth is just too good to resist!
